Sesame Crusted Salmon
Follow our very own Sesame Crusted Salmon recipe and slide it into Panasonic Big Cubie Oven to enjoy a quick, healthy meal right away!

Ingredients

- 2 pcssalmon fillet, around 150 g each
- 2 tbspwhite sesame seed
- 2 tbspblack sesame seed
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
Healthy Pesto
- a handful coriander leaves
- a handful sweet basil leaves
- 1kaffir lime leaf, hard spine removed
- 1green bird’s eye chilli (optional)
- 1 tbspolive oil
- 1 tbsphoney
- 1/2 - 1 tbsp fish sauce
- a little water if necessary
Method
STEP 1
Place all the ingredients for the pesto (use ½ tbsp fish sauce fish first, add more if required after blending) in a blender and blend until fine. Set aside.
STEP 2
Rub salmon fillets with a pinch of salt and pepper.
STEP 3
Coat the fillets with sesame seeds on all surfaces evenly.
STEP 4
Place salmon fillets with skin side down on a tray lined with parchment paper and cook on Healthy Fry for 12 minutes. Serve immediately with Healthy Pesto and a side of salad.
