Both products are certified and approved in compliance to MCMC Technical Code. If you have purchased the above models, we wish to assure you there are no prevailing manufacturing quality and/or safety concern to the products.
However, we wish to verify and ensure correct MCMC certification mark are properly attached on the said products (as per illustration below).
Corrective Action
- Active product (model KX-TS520) will be replaced with correct MCMC certification mark.
- Discontinued product (model KX-TG1311) will be verified by Panasonic Malaysia. Official letter will be issued to customer.
