Gluten-Free Brown Rice Bread

- 2Egg
- 1 tbspCider vinegar
- 2 tbspOil
- 60 gHoney
- 1¼ tsp Salt
- 150 gBrown rice flour
- 300 gPotato starch
- 2 tspXanthan qum
- 2½ tsp Dry yeast
Steps
STEP 1
Take the bread pan with the kneading blade out of the breadmaker and add all ingredients in the top-to-bottom order.
STEP 2
Place the bread pan back into the breadmaker, close the lid, select menu 14 and press start.
STEP 3
When your bread is done, take it out and let it cool down.
