  • 500 mlWarm full cream milk
  • 2 tbspYogurt

For topping:

  • ½ cup Strawberries
  • ½ cup Blackberries
  • ½ cup Rock melon, cubes
  • 2 nosKiwi, sliced
  • 1 cupGranola
  • Pomegranate jam (optional)
  • Mint leaves for garnishing

Steps

STEP 1

Add yogurt into warm milk and stir well. Place milk mixture into Cubie Oven and select “Fermentation” function, ferment at 40˚C for 6 hours.

STEP 2

Once ready remove from oven. Cover and let it set in fridge overnight.

STEP 3

Serve cold with mixed fruits and granola.
