Montreal Vegetables & Chicken skewer

These colourful skewers make a wonderful party platter! Apart from chicken, other variants such as prawns and fish cubes can be threaded too!

Ingredients
- 1chicken breast, halved, cut into bite sizes
- 2 tbspMcCormick Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning
- 1 tspMcCormick Black Peppercorn Grinder
- Dash of McCormick Sea Salt Grinder
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 100 gcherry tomato
- 200 gpumpkin, cut into chunks
- 1green zucchini, cut into think slices
- 1red onion, cut into wedges
- 1 tbspMcCormick Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning
- Dash of McCormick Black Peppercorn Grinder
- Dash of McCormick Sea Salt Grinder
- 1 tbspOlive oil
Satay Stick
(If using wooden skewers, soak the skewers in water for at least 15-30 minutes so they don’t burn on the grill.)
Steps
STEP 1
Preheat Panasonic Cubie Oven to 180°C on convection mode.
STEP 2
Marinate chicken with McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning, freshly cracked McCormick Black Peppercorn, McCormmick Sea Salt and olive oil. Set aside for 15 minutes.
STEP 3
In a large bowl, combine cherry tomato, pumpkin, zucchini, onion. Season with McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning, black pepper, sea salt and olive oil. Toss well.
STEP 4
Thread the meat and vegetables onto the skewers.
STEP 5
Place them onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
STEP 6
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cook.
STEP 7
Serve and enjoy!
