Quinoa Bread

A healthy and delicious loaf that provides a great way to intake plenty of quinoa, a popular super food with amazingly high nutritional values, which was once celebrated as the "mother grain" by the people of the ancient Inca empire.

FOR THE DOUGH
- 1½ tsp Dry yeast
- 300 gStrong wheat flour
- 50 gQuinoa (finely ground)
- 10 gButter
- 1 tspSugar
- 2 tspSalt
- 50 gCorn starch
- 275 mlWater
FOR THE TOPPINGS
- 8 gWhole quinoa
Steps
STEP 1
Ground the quinoa seeds until they are finely and evenly ground.
STEP 2
Take the bread pan with the kneading blade out of the breadmaker and add in all the ingredients in the top-to-bottom order.
STEP 3
Place the bread pan back into the breadmaker, close the lid, select menu 1 and press start.
STEP 4
When your bread is done, take it out and let it cool down.
