Rye Bread

An extra-healthy loaf made from highly nutritious rye grain.
Rye flour is rich in dietary fibre and low in GI, and also contains plenty of vitamin B group to promote carbohydrate metabolism.

- 1 tspDry yeast
- 280 gStrong white bread flour
- 120 gRye flour
- 10 gButter
- ¾ tsp Sugar
- 1¾ tsp Salt
- 260 mlWater
Steps
STEP 1
Take the bread pan with the kneading blade out of the breadmaker and add in all the ingredients in the top-to-bottom order.
STEP 2
Place the bread pan back into the breadmaker, close the lid, select menu 1 and press start.
STEP 3
When your bread is done, take it out and let it cool down.
