Rye-Wheat Bread with Walnuts and Rosemary

An aromatic loaf featuring the great combination of rye and rosemary, with walnuts added for an extra crunchy texture.
Walnuts are an excellent healthy food having a more powerful antioxidant effect than any other nut!

- 1 tspDry yeast
- 350 gStrong wheat flour
- 50 gRye flour type 1150
- 1 tbspWalnut oil
- ¾ tsp Sugar
- 1¾ tsp Salt
- 280 mlWater
- 140 gWalnut (finely chopped)
- 1 tbspRosemary (finely chopped)
Steps
STEP 1
Chop the walnuts and rosemary into small pieces.
STEP 2
Take the bread pan with the kneading blade out of the breadmaker and add in all the ingredients except for the nuts and the rosemary in the top-to-bottom order.
STEP 3
Place the bread pan back into the breadmaker, close the lid, select menu 3 and press start.
STEP 4
After around 20 to 25 mins. the breadmaker will start to beep. Now you can add the chopped walnuts and rosemary to the dough. Press start to restart.
STEP 5
When your bread is done, take it out and let it cool down.
