Wheat and Gluten Free Bread

Choosing quality ingredients is an easy way to make bread healtier!

Ingredients
- Water: 430 mL
- Vegetable oil: 60 mL
- Healtheries Simple bread mix: 500 g
- Instant yeast (gluten free yeast): 1¾ tsp
* Water must be placed first, add the other ingredients into the bread pan.
Steps
STEP 1
Set the kneading blade into the bread pan.
STEP 2
Place the ingredients into the bread pan. (In listed order)
STEP 3
Set the bread pan into the main unit.
STEP 4
Close the lid.
STEP 5
Select menu “14”.
STEP 6
Press “Start”.
STEP 7
Switch off the machine after the beep and take out the bread pan.
