Japanese innovation and French style perfect for the Kiwi home
Inspired by Japanese cuisine and its focus on fresh, premium produce, and with the New Zealand climate in mind, the design of this range of refrigerators was focused on the "pursuit of freshness". Sensor technology, electronic control, and a surround cooling airflow structure combine to achieve the goal of long lasting freshness while the exterior design uses French doors, glass panels, and minimalistic sophistication to succeed in creating a truly elegant refrigerator.
Store food in optimum conditions for lasting freshness
With four different temperature zones, this model uses Panasonic’s unique cooling technology to maintain isolated compartments that are designed with the Kiwi lifestyle and climate in mind. Although customisable, the refrigerator comes preset with optimal compartments for fruit and vegetables, meat and fish, freezing, and general refrigeration.

Optimal storage for fresh, crunchy, long-lasting vegetables and fruit
The Fresh Safe Vegetable Case provides the optimum environment to store vegetables and fruit in order to keep them fresh and juicy. High humidity levels (approx. 90%), a constant temperature of 6°C, and indirect cooling rather than direct cold air, all contribute to the premium storage conditions for fresh produce. Drying out is also prevented by the air-tight structure of the Vegetable Case. Rubber at the edges seals on both sides to prevent air from the rest of the refrigerator entering.
More than a fridge or a freezer
The Prime Fresh Zone is a completely new temperature zone which lightly freezes food rather than turning it rock solid. The Prime Fresh Zone maintains a temperature of -3°C allowing it to safely keep produce like meat and fish fresh, prolonging its fridge-life. Instead of typical freezer temperatures of -18° to -20°C the more gentle Prime Fresh Zone preserves the flavour, texture, and nutrients in your food as well as insuring meaty/fishy odours are contained to one area of the refrigerator. Plus, as only the outside of the meat freezes sealing out oxygen, there is virtually no wait time for thawing before you cook.
Intelligent functionality
The bottom-located draw-type freezer offers easy access and carefully considered practicality. Having the freezer located beneath the fridge allows not only for more comfortable access to the fridge, it also brings more ease to transporting heavy frozen items to and from the freezer. Separate cases in the freezer enable neat, divided storage to reduce the mixing of odours and create an easy-to-use flow. The dedicated Twist Ice Tray is especially designed for convenience with plenty of storage and swift freezing.

Panasonic has prioritized the refined full-flat glass design of this impressive model, but more than just being an elegant piece the design is also very much focused on the ultimate in functionality. The modern French doors are free of frames, bumps, and depressions, providing attractive long clean lines which are easy to clean and are incredibly durable.
Easy-control touch panel for optimal performance
The electrostatic touch control panel has a mirror finish that blends beautifully with the glass of the French doors. A light touch of the full-flat touch panel gives you control over settings while blue LED lights indicate power level and the set mode.
Keep your fridge fresh and your family healthy
Silver has a powerful anti-bacterial effect, deactivating 99.9%* of mold and bacteria inside the refrigerator. Ag Clean is a filter already installed in the cold air outlet meaning that all cool air has to pass through it. An active enzyme in the filter also has a deodorizing effect helping to resolve lingering unpleasant smells from produce such as fish.

Beauty meets durability
The classic, durable glass shelves are so strong they can bear a load of up to 100kg. Easy-to-clean and made of tempered glass they are elegant and transparent improving overall visibility in the refrigerator. The shelves can be arranged to match the size of items for even more efficient storage and convenience and are easily removable for washing. The brilliant cut door pockets are also easily removed. LED lights shine from both sides to prevent shadows. This allows for greater visibility and the light reflected on the silver edging of the glass adds to the aesthetic.

Energy saving with ECONAVI has been enhanced with the addition of INVERTER. Together the two technologies sense your patterns and needs, analyse your usage, and control energy output for optimum operation.
Intelligent Eco Sensors
Four kinds of ECONAVI sensors detect and analyse conditions of use to maintain ideal cooling while avoiding wasted energy. Door Sensors, Light Sensors, a Room Temperature Sensor, and an Internal Temperature Sensor, work together to create a picture of your usage. Working with INVERTER technology, NIGHT ECO reduces cooling operation when its not a high-frequency use time. That means increased power when the door is frequently opened and decreased power when the lights in the room are switched off. SMART ECO predicts daily life patterns and controls temperatures inside the refrigerator. For example, cooling power is gradually increased in anticipation of a frequent use period.
Energy saving, quick powerful cooling, quiet operation
INVERTER technology adjusts the rotation frequency of the motor (high frequency for a large amount of stored food; low frequency for less food) and optimizes cooling performance for energy saving. INVERTER technology works alongside ECONAVI using the information that ECONAVI detects and analyses to control the power output and adjust rotation speed. Together the technologies can save up to 40% on electricity costs. Flexible power control and intelligent power usage means your refrigerator delivers optimum energy savings without compromising performance.
