Corn Flakes Baked Fried Chicken

- Drumstick and Thigh 4 Pieces
- Buttermilk 100 g
- Rosemary 1 Stalk
- Cake flour/All purpose flour 5 Tbsp
- Smoked paprika 2 Tbsp
- Garlic powder 2 Tsp
- Egg (beaten) 2 Pieces
- Cornflakes 5 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese powder 1 Tbsp
- Dried parsley 1 Tbsp
Steps
1) Marinate chicken thigh overnight with Buttermilk and 1 stack of Rosemary.
2) Make the batter by mixing the cake flour, smoked paprika and garlic powder.
3) Make the coating by mixing the crushed cornflakes, dried parsley and parmesan cheese powder.
4)Preheat Panasonic Microwave Oven.
5) Pat dry chicken, coat chicken with cake flour, egg and cornflakes.
6) Cook for 2 minutes.
