Avocado Smoothie with Ice-Blended & Mixed Fruits

Avocado and a generous mix of fruits. Perfect for brunch on your days off, or mornings when you have no appetite, as you can whip it up in no-time. This smoothie is full of nutrients for a healthy day.


What to prepare

Ingredients
- 150 gAvocado
- 50 mlRich Base Cream
- 50 mlSugar Syrup
- 50 mlMilk
ICE BLEND:
- 400 gIce Cube
TOPPING:
- 60 gMango
- 40 gStrawberry
- 30 gKiwifruit
- 5 gAlmond
- 20 mlRich Base Cream
Steps
STEP 1
Slice the mango, kiwi, and strawberry into squared pieces about 1cm x 1cm.

STEP 2
Put the baked almond nuts into the blender to crush into small pieces.

STEP 3
Make an ice-blend. Fill the blender with 400g of ice cubes and press P1 to blend until the texture becomes snow-like.

STEP 4
Pour the ice-blend into 2 bowls, and add the 20 ml of rich base cream on top.

STEP 5
Add the avocado, rich base cream, sugar syrup, and milk altogether into the blender, then press button 1 to make the avocado smoothie.

STEP 6
Pour the avocado smoothie on top the of the ice-blend. Top with mango, kiwi, and strawberry, then finally sprinkle with almond nuts and rich base cream.
