  • 12 nosShrimp
  • 1 tbspOlive oil
  • 1 noOrange, cut into segment
  • 1 noAvocado, sliced
  • 3-4 nos Red cherry radish, sliced
  • Handful of salad leaves
  • Handful cherry tomatoes, halved

For Cajun seasoning:

  • 1 tbspCajun Seasoning
  • 1 tspMixed Herb
  • 1 tbspOlive oil
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper

Steps

STEP 1

Place shrimp onto Microwave Oven baking tray and season shrimp with Cajun seasoning.

STEP 2

Preheat and place Cajun Shrimp into Microwave Oven and cook for 7 minutes.

STEP 3

Place healthy-fried Cajun shrimp onto serving plate, followed by avocado, cherry radish, cherry tomatoes and salad leaves. Best served with citrus salad dressing.
