Tropical Fruit Shaved Ice and Purple Slushie

Superfine Tropical Fruit Shaved Ice

Ingredients
- 300 gice cubes
- 100 gyoghurt
- 20 gcondensed milk
- 80 gmango, cut into small cubes
- 2passion fruits
- A few stalks of mint leaves for garnish
- A few slices of orange for garnish
Steps
STEP 1
Put the ice cubes in the blender, crush using the Ice Crush mode, then pour into serving bowls.
STEP 2
Mix the yoghurt with the condensed milk and pour over the ice.
STEP 3
Spoon mango over the ice and top with passion fruit.
STEP 4
Garnish with mint leaves and orange slices.
Purple slushie

Ingredients
- 80 gapple juice
- 80 gmixed berries (40 g blueberries, 40 g blackberries), reserve some for garnish
- 30 gradicchio
- 100 gice cubes
- 20 gyoghurt
Steps
STEP 1
Add the apple juice, mixed berries, radicchio and ice into the blender.
STEP 2
Blend using the Smoothie mode until smooth.
STEP 3
Pour into glasses.
STEP 4
Top with yoghurt in a beautiful swirl.
STEP 5
Garnish with blackberries and blueberries.
