Lamb Chops with a Mint Jelly Crust

Our Lamb chops with mint jelly crust are perfect for the warmer evening dinners and also perfect for the approaching spring & summer weather. You can make this recipe gluten free by simply following all the same steps but using gluten free bread crumbs.

Lamb Chops with a Mint Jelly Crust

Ingredients

  • Lamb Chops
  • Fresh white bread crumbs or gluten free bread crumbs
  • Soften butter
  • Mint Jelly
  • Salt and Pepper

Measurements

  • 8 Chops
  • 50 g
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
  • Enough to slightly season the lamb chops
Lamb Chops with a Mint Jelly Crust
Method
  1. Pre heat the oven to 190C
  2. Place the lamb chops on the metal tray and season with salt and pepper
  3. Put the bread crumbs, butter and mint jelly in a bowl and mix. Spoon the mixture on top of the chops and cook for 20- 30 mins or until just cooked through.
  4. Serve with salad or sides of your choice and enjoy!
