Three of the Best Vegan Breads to Make in your Bread Machine
It goes without saying that your breadmaker can make life incredibly easy if you are the sort of household who appreciates freshly baked daily bread or is looking to. But how does your compact breadmaker cope with those specialist recipes and ingredients that require a little more thought, or a little more care with ingredients?
Then feel free to add a handful of any of the following:
Sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds.
Place the ingredients in your breadmaker in the order listed and if using a Panasonic bread maker such as the ZX2522 or many of the Panasonic breadmaker range then select the ‘multigrain bread rapid’ option. When your loaf is ready, carefully remove and place on to a cooling rack to cool before storing in a cool dry place or enjoying straight away.
The first step is to combine the water, sugar and yeast in your compact breadmaker’s pan, after five or ten minutes, when the yeast has reactivated add the oil, flour and salt.
If you are using a Panasonic bread machine, select the basic white bread auto programme and the size of your loaf (around 1.5 lbs) and press start. When that is done simply sit back and let your home fill with the delicious smell of fresh, baking bread.
As with the other breadmaker recipes, combine the ingredients in order, no hot ovens and troublesome kneading needed. Just simply select the auto program (whole wheat or whole wheat rapid on your Panasonic ZX2522) when your bread is ready, all you need to do is turn the loaf out to cool before enjoying it just the way you like to.
