Panasonic Announces New Update for its LUMIX Lab App
Panasonic is pleased to announce new update v1.6 for its LUMIX Lab smartphone application, bringing new creative and usability features to support creators.

LUMIX Lab App is a free app developed to enhance the creative workflow for photographers and videographers using compatible LUMIX cameras. Available for both iOS and Android devices, the app facilitates seamless integration between camera and smartphone, offering a range of features designed to streamline shooting, editing, and sharing processes.

New features for LUMIX Lab v1.6 include:

Photo Frame Feature

Frames can now be added to photos within the app. Users can choose from a range of templates or create a custom design, with the ability to add image EXIF data and the LUMIX logo to their framed image. Let your social media posts express your unique artistry to the full.

Tilt Correction

Following user feedback, tilt correction has been added to the conventional trimming function, allowing users to easily adjust the orientation of an image within the edit feature.

Bulk LUT Transfer

Saved LUTs from custom edits or the creator LUT library can now be transferred to compatible LUMIX cameras in bulk, improving the user workflow for REAL TIMELUT shooting with LUMIX cameras.

EXIF Display

Users can now see full EXIF and metadata information for their images and videos with EXIF display. Information available includes date and time, camera and lens model name, shooting settings (ISO, Exposure compensation, Aperture, Shutter speed, Focal Length), as well as LUT or Photo Style information.
