Optimized Material Formulation

Perfected over years of research, High Power Energy Core features an optimized material formulation that increases energy density, output voltage, storage life, and discharge capacity for overwhelmingly long-lasting performance in high-drain applications as well as in low-drain pulse-discharge applications, such as keyless entry devices. The formula includes a graphite additive to improve manganese dioxide utilization, and a heat-resistant binder for stability in hot conditions.

The tough gasket’s rim is embedded in the case and is sandwiched tightly shut with a custom anode cap and strong adhesive. Long-term test: checks capacity after 5 years in storage

Heat stress test: confirms leak resistance in a -10–60 °C temperature range

Child-Resistant Packaging

Warning labels displayed on the package (and stamped on the battery itself) remind you to keep unused batteries secure. Our tamperproof package is recognized by IEC as the world standard benchmark for child-resistant packaging.
