We are currently facing various social issues such as global warming, the need to increase healthy life expectancy and improve labor productivity due to declining birthrates and the aging population,  sustainability, and the pursuit of wellbeing. Furthermore, in recent years, infectious diseases have led to a major change in how we view air on a global scale.

For over 100 years, the Panasonic Group has operated air quality and air conditioning as separate businesses. But in October 2021, the Heating & Ventilation A/C Company was established to contribute to solving social issues. Integrating the technologies developed in these businesses,
we can help solve social issues by creating new solutions. We believe it’s important for the two organizations to be truly integrated, and for all employees to work together as one.

Realizing an optimal space with the seven elements of air quality technology.

Heating & Ventilation A/C Company’s vision is established as “a global top-class professional company that creates a healthy and comfortable life as well as society, through air and water technologies”. 
We chose to use this lengthy description of the company to make it easier for everyone to understand.

Our brand slogan, “Vitalize the future with air”, expresses our determination to take a step forward. 
By combining the strengths of our air quality and air conditioning businesses, each of which has a long history, we provide the following three values to society and our customers.

The first is to “sustain the planet with air”, contributing to the prevention of global warming by saving energy and reducing CO2. The second is to “promote wellbeing with air” by inhibiting harmful substances such as bacteria, viruses, and allergic substances. With our unique technology, we can achieve a life where we can breathe comfortably. And the third value is to “energize lifestyles with air”. Providing the first and second values is our responsibility as a public entity of society to accelerate not only our own efforts, but also to collaborate with other companies. The third value is the area we are going to challenge.

While the birthrate is declining and the population is aging and shrinking in Japanese society,  it is essential to improve labor productivity. So, what we are focusing on is “air that would energize those who work”. For example, creating an office atmosphere making people feel energized while they work. We also wish to reproduce air that suits other purposes, such as making people feel relaxed. 
We are committed to providing optimal spaces with quality air through technological advancement and solutions that blend the seven elements of air quality, including “temperature, humidity, air purification, airflow, disinfection, deodorizing, and fragrance”.

in the market environment and the voice of our customers.

As society becomes increasingly complex and diverse, the market environment is undergoing major changes. As a company, we’ll continue to solve our customers’ issues while being flexible to this wave of change. We hope to grow to become an organization that can contribute to society more than ever before.

As a strategic axis for medium- to long-term growth in Japan, we plan to expand our business into the engineering field. With the expansion of our business domain, we aim to become a company that can provide solutions to social and corporate issues at a higher level. In the overseas market, different countries have different lifestyles, cultures, and tastes, and the standards they demand are also different. We will establish a framework that will facilitate the development of marketing strategies targeted to each region.

And at the root of all these business activities is the voice of our customers. Each and every one of our employees will thoroughly implement the concept of “always being close to our customers, listening to their voices, and making the most of their feedback in our business”.
