Ingredients: 3 (300-350g) Beets (sliced and oven baked at 180 degrees celsius for 30 min) (approx. 250g after cooking); 1 1/2 cup chickpeas (boiled, then chilled); 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil; 2 garlic cloves; salt (to taste); 3 tbsp tahini (sesame paste); 3 tbsp lemon juice; cold water (as desired); ice (as desired for texture)

2garlic cloves
salt (to taste)
3 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
3 tbsplemon juice
cold water (as desired)
ice (as desired for texture)

Steps

STEP 1

Place all the ingridients in the blender starting with the chickpeas

STEP 2

Select speed 2 and blend until all the ingridients are blended well together
