Ingredients

  • 3 (300-350g) Beets (sliced and oven baked at 180 degrees celsius for 30 min) (approx. 250g after cooking)
  • 1 1/2 cup chickpeas (boiled, then chilled)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2garlic cloves
  • salt (to taste)
  • 3 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
  • 3 tbsplemon juice
  • cold water (as desired)
  • ice (as desired for texture)

Steps

STEP 1

Place all the ingridients in the blender starting with the chickpeas
