  • 1 tspdried herbs (oregano or thyme)

  • 0.5 cupchopped spinach
  • 0.25 cupchopped bell peppers (any color)
  • 0.25 cupgrated cheese

  • 0.5 cupplain yogurt
  • 0.25 cupolive oil
  • 2large eggs
  • 0.25 cupmilk

Steps

Preheat your Panasonic microwave oven on convection mode to 180°C (350°F).

In a large bowl, combine whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and dried herbs.

Grease microwave-safe ramekins (6 cm) or use silicone muffin molds. Fill each mold about 3/4 full with the batter.
