Why can I not use ziaino^® to neutralize tobacco odours?

This is to prevent a decrease in performance. Please do not use the device in a smoking environment.

Why does using ziaino^® produce and odour?

Answer

The chlorine smell be caused by the reaction with dirt and odours.

●If the smell of chlorine bothers you, set the electrolytic strength setting to “Low.”
●Some users may not sense any smell, even if the product is working. Individual differences exist.

Why must the leftover water in the tray be discarded?

Answer

The water must be discarded because the concentration of hypochlorous acid in the tray will decrease.
The more dirt accumulates in the tray, the less effective the inhibiting pollutant/deodourising effects will be. This is why the tray needs to be drained periodically.
