  • 60 gBread Flour
  • 500 gChicken Stock
  • 20 mlYuzu Juice
  • 120 gCrème
  • 1 gSalt
  • 1 gWhite Pepper

Garnish

  • 1 pinchNori Flakes
  • 2 gLemon Zest
  • 1 tspEbiko

Steps

1) Sauté garlic in olive oil until golden brown. Add butter and bread flour to make roux.

2) Pour roux and chicken stock into the cooking blender. (Cooking Tip: Make it vegan-friendly with vegetable stock.)

3) Cover and secure lid. Cook with Soup | 40 mins.

4) Once done, add yuzu juice, crème, salt, and white pepper.

5) Continue to cook with Milk Shake | 2 mins.
