Bahan-bahan

  • 3sudu besar ketumbar
  • 1½ sudu besar jintan manis
  • 1½ sudu besar jintan putih
  • 125 mlminyak masak
  • 1 kgkepingan ayam
  • 200 mlsantan (1 kelapa)
  • 2keping asam gelugur
  • 2helai daun kunyit, dihiris halus
  • 100 gkerisik kelapa
  • 2sudu besar gula merah
  • Garam secukup rasa

Bahan Kisar

  • 15-20 tangkai cili kering, direndam air panas
  • 2labu bawang besar
  • 8biji bawang merah
  • 4ulas bawang putih
  • 5 cmhalia
  • 5 cmlengkuas
  • 5 cmkunyit
  • 2batang serai
  • 5biji buah keras

Method

STEP 1

Satukan ketumbar, jintan manis dan jintan putih di dalam mangkuk microwave.

STEP 2

Letak di dalam Panasonic Microwave Oven (NN-CS894B) dan tetapkan Micro Power – High (1000Watt).

STEP 3

Masak selama 1 minit atau sehingga rempah berbau harum. Letak di dalam Panasonic Mixer Grinder (MX-AC400) dan kisar menjadi serbuk.

STEP 4

Letak bahan kisar di dalam bekas blender dan kisar sehingga menjadi pes yang halus. Tambah sedikit minyak jika perlu.

STEP 5

Di dalam bekas kaserol, letak minyak, bahan kisar dan rempah kisar. Masak selama 6 minit dengan Micro Power – High mode, kacau setiap 3 minit.

STEP 6

Masukkan ayam dan kacau. Masak selama 5 minit.

STEP 7

Tuangkan santan, asam gelugur dan kacau. Masak selama 6 minit, kacau selepas 3 minit.

STEP 8

Masukkan kerisik, daun kunyit dan kacau. Teruskan memasak selama 4 minit.

STEP 9

Tambah gula merah dan garam. Kacau rata. Akhir sekali, masak 4 minit lagi kemudian hidangkan.

KETUPAT NASI

Rendang Ayam & Ketupat Nasi

Bahan-bahan

  • 150 gberas
  • 8kelongsong daun ketupat
  • 2liter air

Method

STEP 1

Bersihkan beras dan tuskan.

STEP 2

Isikan 1/3 penuh ke dalam kelongsong ketupat. Buat ikatan pada bahagian terbuka.

STEP 3

Letak ketupat ke dalam Periuk Nasi Eletrik Panasonic (SR-ZX185).

STEP 4

Masukkan air dan tutup periuk.

STEP 5

Tekan tetapan Bubur (Congee / sup) selama 2 jam.

STEP 6

Setelah masak, keluarkan dan biar sejuk sebelum dipotong.
