Spicy Fruit Sourdough Bread
This recipe is broke down into two parts. Start by following the ingredients list and method to make the Sourdough starter. Once this is completed move on to make the sourdough bread with spicy fruit and enjoy!

Method for Sourdough Starter
- Mix the sourdough starter ingredients in a glass bowl. Cover with a damp tea towel and secure with an elastic band. Leave for at least 12 hours to prove at room temp,
- You will have enough starter for two or three loaves. Keep the remaining starter covered in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Method
1. Make the sour dough starter as listed above.
2. When you are ready to make the bread, make sure the starter is at room temperature and add 250g to the bread pan.
3. Put the remaining ingredients except the *dried fruit, into the bread pan in the order listed above.
4. Select the Sour Dough Program and press start. After the first knead approx 7 mins in or 4 hours 53 mins showing on the timer, add the fruit.
5. Once finished, leave to cool for 10 minutes before serving
