Spooky Eyeball Pasta

Spooky Eyeball Pasta

Ingredients

Measurements

Cherry tomatoes, halved

100g

Pack of mini mozzarella pearls drained

150g

Handful of basil leaves

Handful

Green and Orange Pasta twist

400g

Jar of Bolognaise pasta sauce

350g

Method

  1. Halve the cherry tomatoes and use a small spoon to remove the seeds. Cut the mozzarella pearls in half and place inside each tomato. Tear the basil leave and scrunch into a small ball and place into the centre of each mozzarella ball.
  2. Use the auto pasta program on your microwave to cook the pasta and drain.
  3. Heat the pasta sauce on HIGH MICROWAVE FOR 3 MINS or until hot.
  4. Put the drained pasta into serving bowls.
  5. Spoon over the pasta sauce and arrange the stuffed tomato eye balls on top.
