Ingredients
For the Spring Rolls:
- 8spring roll wrappers
- 0.5 cuplow-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 0.5 cupgrated halloumi cheese
- 0.5 cupfeta cheese
- 2 tablespoonsolive oil
- 2 tablespoonsfresh zaatar, chopped (or substitute with fresh parsley)
- 1 tablespoonnigella seeds or toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoonolive oil (for brushing)
Steps
STEP 1
Prepare the Filling:
- In a bowl, mix all the cheeses, fresh zaatar, and nigella seeds.
- Stir well until evenly combined.

STEP 2
Assemble the Spring Rolls:
- Lay a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the cheese and herb mixture near one corner.
- Fold the corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
- Seal the edge with a little water.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Freeze the cheese spring rolls for 25-30 minutes before air frying

STEP 3
Bake the Spring Rolls:
- From the Auto Cook Setting, use the dial to set the program and weight.
- (Recommended: Program No. 19 for air frying method).
- Place the spring rolls on the metal tray or wire rack in the microwave.
- Brush lightly with olive oil.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

STEP 4
Serve:
- Serve the spring rolls warm with a fresh salad or tomato salsa.
