  • 1 teaspoonred pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoonzaatar mix
  • 0.5 teaspoonsalt
  • 0.5 teaspoonblack pepper

For the Kofta, blend parsley, onion, and tomato in a food processor until smooth. Mix this with the minced lamb, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

For the vegetables, combine the pumpkin, zucchini, red bell pepper, and onion in a microwave-safe pan with olive oil, zaatar, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
