Juicy, tender dish for beef lovers.
Easily mix ground beef stored in Prime Fresh with other ingredients.
* This recipe requires Prime Fresh.
- 150 gground beef (stored in a pack inside Prime Fresh)
- 150 gground pork (stored in a pack inside Prime Fresh)
- 0.5onion (chopped)
- Salad oil
- 3 tbspsake
- 2 wedgeslemon (cut into wedges)
- Salad leaves (as desired)
- 0.25 cupbread crumbs
- 1egg (medium size)
- 0.5 tspsalt
- Pepper (as desired)
- 1 tspgarlic paste
1) Take out the beef from Prime Fresh.
2) Put ground pork, onion, and ingredients A into a bowl, then knead it until it becomes sticky. Add the beef and mix until it is well combined, then divide into 4 equal parts and form into thick round shapes.
3) Heat the salad oil at high temperature in a frying pan, line up the ingredients from step 2, and cook each side for 1-2 minutes. When both sides are well browned, lower the heat, splash lightly with sake, cover with a lid and steam for about 13 minutes.
4) Arrange in a serving dish, and garnish with lemon and baby leaves.
