These delicious tarts are made of flaky crust and creamy cheese filling. As durians are seasonal, the tarts can be made plain or with other fillings such as blueberry or strawberry puree.

  • 65 gAnchor Butter
  • 35 gIcing Sugar
  • 125 gPlain Flour
  • 10 gGround Almond
  • 15 gEgg

Cream Cheese Topping

  • 12 gAnchor Cream Cheese
  • 10 gAnchor Butter
  • 30 gIcing Sugar
  • 0.5no Egg
  • 50 gGold Thon Durian paste
  • 1 pktGold Thon Durian nougat


1) Preheat Panasonic Cubie oven to 160c on convection function.

2) To prepare the pastry, combine butter and icing sugar in the Panasonic food processor.
Then add in eggs, followed by flour and almond powder. Pulse until dough is formed.

3) Press dough into tart mould and bake in preheated oven at 160c for 15 - 20 minutes. Set aside.

4) To prepare the cheese filling, mix together cream cheese, butter and icing sugar in a separate bowl until emulsified. Add in eggs and mix well.

5) Spoon durian paste filling into tart shells and top with cream cheese mixture.

6) Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until cheese sets.

7) Chill and decorate with Gold Thon Durian Nougat before serving.
