Grilled Fish Tacos
Craving some Mexican food but want to stay healthy? Then Grilled Fish Tacos are exactly what you need. Follow this recipe using the Panasonic Big Cubie Oven to satisfy your cravings and also make cleaning up stress-free!
- 150 gmango, diced
- 2 tbsplime juice
- 1tbspcoriander, chopped
- 300 gsnapper fish fillet, cut into 1cm slices
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 4 - 5 flour tortillas
- 100 g iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
Cubie function: Grill
Mix mangoes with lime juice, coriander and a dash of salt.
Rub fish with oil, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
Line baking tray with aluminum foil and brush with oil. Place fish on the tray and cook using Grill mode for 8 - 10 minutes or until cooked.
Assemble the tacos by arranging some shredded lettuce, avocado and tomatoes in each tortilla. Place fish fillets on top and spoon mangoes over. Drizzle with mayonnaise. Serve immediately.
