Marinate cleaned squid with fish curry powder and oil. Set aside
Put fish fillets and prawns into Panasonic Food Processor, select Mince function and blend for 8 seconds.
Transfer the paste into a bowl and mix in remaining ingredients.
Transfer filling to a piping bag and pipe filling into the squid. Seal the end with a tooth pick. Continue until all 4 squids are stuffed.
Place stuffed squids onto Panasonic Big Cubie grill tray and place into the oven.
Set to Grill function and set for 10 minutes.
Once done remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
Place all of the sauce ingredients into Panasonic Blender, Press 1 and blend for 15 seconds. Once done transfer into a bowl.
Slice squids into 2 cm thickness and serve with the sauce.
Garnish with coriander leaves and some lime slices.
