Panasonic’s nanoe™ X technology in Jaguar Land Rover’s in-vehicle HVAC system

The New Range Rover offers comfort and wellbeing with its Cabin Air Purification Pro System

Osaka, Japan – Panasonic confirms that Jaguar Land Rover*1, a luxury automobile brand is using Panasonic’s nanoe™ X technology in in-vehicle HVAC systems in the New Range Rover. Land Rover revealed the New Range Rover. The next generation defines modern luxury by design, providing more refinement, customer choice and scope for personalisation than ever before.

The New Range Rover is offering comfort and wellbeing with its Cabin Air Purification Pro System, which is using Panasonic’s nanoe™ X technology to inhibit allergen, virus, and bacteria to help reduce odours, while CO2 Management and PM2.5 Cabin Air Filtration enhance air quality.

nanoe™ is a nanosized particulate ion produced by applying a high voltage to water in the air and contains hydroxyl radicals (highly reactive components) that easily act on various substances. The production of these hydroxyl radicals has been increased tenfold compared to conventional products, and nanoe™ X is used in home appliances such as air purifiers, air conditioners, washing machines, and refrigerators, as well as in automobiles, trains, and commercial air-conditioning equipment because of its various effects such as deodorization*2 and inhibition of virus*3, bacteria*4, and allergens*5
